APATHY IS AWESOME

Mach 3 has been pimping it as of late. Co-incidentally, the volume of blog entries has drastically decreased. Is there a correlation?

Last night I went on a date with this Torah Academy girl. In the standard lines of courtship, I mentioned my passion was history and she asked me to explain further. Before I knew it, I was regurgitating political slanders from my website. She seemed relatively interested in what I had to say but nevertheless I tried to change the topic as if to say I used to be like that, ie. political, until I realised that anxiety over Iran and stressing about Hamas actually clouds all the good in the world.

I have come to the realisation that life is actually great. Yes apocalyptic revelations are around the corner but it is so much better to live on one’s own island or in fantasy land. Just for the record, I don’t in any way mean the Never Never Land Ranch.

Yes, one should stand up for what’s right and for one’s beliefs, but there is a time and a place for it. As for me, that time is ‘manyana’

In the past few months I have become anti-‘preppy’sised. That’s not to say I am militant, but rather apathetic. And I’m loving it ©. There is nothing wrong with being selfish and enjoying the superficial cheesy things that provide short term happiness in life. At the end of the day, life is all about cheese!
